Hello. I would love to share my passion with you. I serve two groups of people.

(1) I empower teens and young adults to reclaim their identity by overcoming past traumas. Together, we embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, fostering resilience and renewed confidence for a brighter future.

(2) I specialize in supporting young professionals as they navigate challenging life transitions, such as a career change, a geographical move, new relationships, relationships ending, marriage, having children, that trigger feelings of anxiety and depression. My mission is to instill a sense of hope and cultivate the confidence they need to embrace a more promising and empowered future.

I provide counseling services virtually state-wide in Texas and in person services in Plano, Texas. I also provide consultation services as speaking engagements and interviews as seen on The Good Day Show Fox 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth, as heard on Dallas NPR radio, and as featured on several podcasts.

What To Expect At Your Visit

I implement effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
